Returns and Exchanges

If you or your agent order the wrong product by mistake, handles plus will happily exchange the product, on the condition that the goods are unused and in the original packaging with all parts included. The cost incurred of returning the products would be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanging of incorrect goods is only possible within 7 days of delivery. A price difference may apply to the correct goods, and postal costs to resend would not be covered by handles plus.

Products that have been made to order, modified, cut to size or specifically ordered in cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

All clear lacquer or powder coat lacquer coatings to polished brass finishes are subject to deterioration and breakdown and is beyond the control of the manufacturer and can't be guaranteed.

Corrosion or related deterioration of products when used in a corrosive environment (e.g. coastal areas) is not covered by the guarantees and warranties.
