Q:  Can I return products if I change my mind?

A:  If you order the wrong product by mistake, we will be happy to exchange on the condition the goods are unused and in the original packaging with all the parts included. The cost incurred of returning the products would be the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are only possible within 7 days of delivery. Products made to order, modified or cut to size or specifically ordered in cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Q:  Do you carry everything on display, in stock?

A:  As we sell most brands of handles, our range is huge. Therefore, we stock lines that are popular, but not every product is in stock.

Q:  Can my order be Delivered?

A:  We use Australia Post to deliver orders throughout Australia. During normal times, this is usually within a week of sending. For deliveries that can be received and signed for, we also use Couriers Please. 

Q:  Can I order Online?

A:  We no longer offer an online shop, due to the type of products, and the variety of uses, we found it necessary to have the Human contact. Some products require specific details to suit their installation. We recommend you phone, email, or visit, our showroom to confirm your selection. 

Q:  Can I order Samples?

A:  If we have the item in stock, you can purchase it, and return it for a credit on an order, or a different sample. As we sell most brands of handles, our range is huge. Therefore, we stock lines that are popular, but not every product is in stock. This means you may select a product that has to be ordered in. We dont accept samples back, once they have been purchased, as often the freight costs to return to the suppliers, would be more than the product.
